This New Script for Mental Health activist-led workshop explores our new Give 5 human rights-based approach to mental health. Centered on lived experiences and trauma-informed principles, it shifts the focus from “what’s wrong with you?” to “what happened to you?” through conversations, presentations, poetry, and maybe even some singing!
