Sociable aerobics inspired art workout, using large pieces of paper, strings, charcoal and sticks. No level of drawing skills required just a willingness to be open-minded about what drawing is. There will be physical movement, video and music involved. Wear comfortable clothing. This workshop is targeted at adults age 14+.
