This eco-somatic walking workshop invites you into a day bridging urban and ecological spaces through engagement with clay, soil, wild seeds as pathways to ecological and physical awareness. Led by Gail Mahon, artist-mover-researcher, the workshop will consider our connection to the more-than-human and ancestral practices of walking, carrying, gathering, and sharing.
