Let us introduce you to an experience of balance and relaxation as you listen to relaxing sounds with your little ones.
Mixed with an engaging and interactive session playing singing bowls, percussion and voice, this session is designed to encourage connection between you and your children through the practice of therapeutic sound, while experiencing fun and feel good benefits.
Sharing the experience of healing sounds with your little ones introduces them to accessible tools they can use to support their wellbeing and mental health.
Ages 4 - 11 yrs.
