Blossoming - A Movement for Well-being Workshop

Movement for Wellbeing Workshop with Sandy Cuthbert - Awakening to Spring.

Through this movement for wellbeing workshop, you will be given the opportunity to explore how moving from a deeply felt experience of the living body can stimulate creativity and facilitate wellbeing and self-awareness. A theme of folklore and the Spring season will run through the workshop. The session will cover somatic movement aspects of experiential anatomy, visualisation, and authentic movement practice; exploring the mental health benefits of grounding, channelling energy, stillness, and being present. As a creative artist utilising these techniques can support your physical, mental and emotional well-being throughout your life.
