Tap into our creative mind and practice deep breathing with short mindfulness drawing meditations that allow you to take a break and relieve stress. No fancy supplies are needed - just paper and a pen. It’s easy for beginners and fun for experienced artists. These sessions are devised so that they can be accessed at any time – during a break from school work, first thing in the morning as part of a mindfulness practice or in the evening time with the whole family.
